Shipping policy

Shipping within Mexico

We prepare and hand in-stock products to the carrier within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Standard shipping costs MXN $149. Shipping is free on orders of MXN $1,490 or more in products, after discounts. The applicable charge is shown before payment.

Transit time depends on the destination and carrier. Once the shipping label is created, we will email tracking details to the address on the order. We do not currently offer store pickup or local delivery.

If your package arrives with visible damage, keep the packaging and email contacto@mareahome.mx with your order number and photos so we can help.
